Using state-of-the-art measurement technology and the expertise gained from three generations of bodywork and paint experience, we precisely align your suspension—which is especially important after accidents or curb impacts.

CAMERA CALIBRATION

Modern vehicles rely on cameras and sensors for lane-keeping assist, automatic emergency braking, and other features. We calibrate your advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) after repairs in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications—both statically and dynamically—right here in our facility.

We look after various types of vehicles, both new and vintage (mainly many corporate customers with leased vehicles that are not older than 3 years). In addition to varied and exciting tasks, you will also find a familiar working environment with many colleagues from all over Europe (Portugal, Spain, Germany, Thailand, Poland, Iran and Ukraine).

Your tasks:

  • Preparing damage appraisals on vehicles following accidents or damage
  • Carrying out vehicle valuations and appraisals
  • Communication with customers, insurance companies and workshops to clarify claims
  • Documentation and calculation of repair costs, taking into account current market prices
  • Supporting customers with claims processing and advising on insurance-related issues
  • Quality assurance and inspection of repairs after completion

Your profile/qualifications:

  • Completed training as a motor vehicle expert, master mechanic or a comparable qualification
  • Sound knowledge of vehicle technology, especially with regard to modern vehicles and repair methods
  • Experience in dealing with damage assessment software and calculation programs
  • High level of communication skills and customer orientation
  • Careful and precise way of working, even under time pressure
  • Good written and spoken German; knowledge of English or other foreign languages is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to undergo continuous further training

  • Reading and deleting error codes (our devices can be set in different languages)
  • Coding, programming and diagnosis of error codes in the on-board computer

  • Disassembly and assembly of defective vehicle parts
  • Repairing damaged vehicles/defective parts
  • Removal of old parts and insertion/installation of new part
  • Welding and soldering, if necessary

  • Reading and clearing fault codes (our equipment can be set in Italian and any other language)
  • Coding, programming and diagnosis of error codes in the on-board computer
